True friendship with the goats
In a quiet countryside surrounded by green hills and blooming flowers, laughter rings through the air as my four-year-old Lora dances joyfully among her favorite friends—her goats. With golden curls bouncing and a song always on her lips, she has formed an extraordinary bond with the animals in her grandpa small farm.
Every morning, she races out the door, arms wide open, calling the goats by name. Her favorite, a gentle brown goat with curious eyes and soft ears, meets her halfway, nudging her lovingly with his horns. Far from being scared, the she giggles and wraps her arms around the goat, giving him a big hug.
What makes their friendship even more special is the way they play together. She sings silly songs she makes up on the spot—sometimes soft lullabies, sometimes happy tunes that make her twirl in the grass. And the goats? They seem to listen. One even sways his head gently from side to side, almost as if dancing along. When she claps, he hops, and they both fall into fits of laughter.
She’s endlessly fascinated by their horns. With curiosity, she plays with them . The goats don’t mind—in fact, one of them seems to love the attention, standing still and proud like he knows he’s being admired.
The love is mutual. The goats follow her around, nibble at her dress playfully, and even lie down beside her during rest time in the sun. It’s a rare and beautiful friendship—one that doesn’t need words to be understood.
To watch Lora with her goats is to see pure joy in motion: singing, dancing, playing, loving. She brings out the best in them, and they, in return, bring a magical kind of peace and laughter into her world.
It’s not just a bond—it’s a story of love, innocence, and the kind of happiness only childhood and animals can create together.
